What location does my business have to be in?
Adeptly is Canadian. More specifically located in the GTA in Ontario. Your business can be city-wide, in a province, or even Canada-wide.
What type of businesses do you help?
Adeptly works with service-based businesses or any businesses selling a product. It’s important to remember that different types of businesses require different advertising campaign settings.
What type of advertising platforms do you use?
Currently, Adeptly is focused on the Google Ads ecosystem. This has been the most profitable ecosystem for meeting client needs. Google Ads is currently the world’s largest and most popular advertising platform.
How much do I need to spend on advertising per day?
Your advertising budget depends on your goals. As you probably already know; a higher ad-spend will result in more leads and/or sales. You can begin to advertise with as little as $5.00 per day. When advertising your service or product for the first time the recommended advertising budget is anywhere from $15.00 to $75.00 per day.
How does Adeptly get paid?
All prices are transparently listed. There are no hidden fees. You can make a direct payment through the payment portal or through a secure email link. Payment links will only ever be sent from info@adeptly.net

How much money will my business make?
The amount of leads, customers, and/or sales you will receive is dependent on multiple factors. Many things can and will affect your return on ad-spend.
Below we have outlined some of the multiple factors that can affect how well your ads perform:
Your Website – Depending on how well laid out your website is (landing pages, accessibility, color schemes, SEO, etc.) customers are more likely to give their business or buy a product from a clean professional looking website. This doesn’t mean that if you don’t have a professionally made website you can’t advertise your business, it just means that when customers are shopping for a service or product they are more comfortable choosing a website that has all bases covered. Think of your website as going for an ‘interview’ at a job and think of the customer as the ‘hiring manager’.
Type of Service – There are countless services being advertised online every day. It is important to remember that each different type of service has different demands from a potential customer base and that all services are priced differently throughout different businesses. Certain services may be more or less in demand in comparison to others. Demand for a service may also change throughout the time of year or by the season and even in relation to the current economy. Things like having a well thought out business logo, uniforms, and even the name of your business will also play a role in how well your advertising campaigns perform.
Type of Product – Similar to services there are countless products advertised online every day. It is important to remember that different products have different demands from different customer bases and that products are priced differently throughout different businesses. Certain products may be more or less in demand in comparison to others. Demand for a product may vary and also changes depending on many factors such as the time of year or by the season and even in relation to the current economy. Things like professional images or videos demonstrating your products will also play a role in how well your advertising campaigns perform.
Customer Service – An important part of business is all aspects of customer service. From answering questions about your services or products to giving in-person price quotes for these services; the more professionally you are able to handle customer inquiries the more likely a customer will choose to use your service or buy your product.
Reviews and Testimonials – Pretty much self-explanatory. Potential customers are more likely to book services or a buy a product from your business if you have an excellent track record. Highly reviewed businesses with positive customer testimonials perform better than businesses with a poor track record.
What payment methods are accepted?
At the moment Adeptly accepts multiple methods of payment:
- Pay with Debit or Credit through our secure payment processor.
- Pay through Interac E-Transfer.
- Pay with Bitcoin.
A detailed service receipt is provided 24 hours after a payment is processed.
Do you provide refunds?
Yes. A refund is available only if NO work has started on your advertising accounts and/or campaigns.
Because Adeptly provides a service refunds cannot be provided AFTER any work, research, and time was put into the set-up, changes to, or optimizations to your advertising campaign(s) and or account(s).
Do you guarantee I will get customers and/or sales?
Adeptly has absolutely no control over your customers, your sales process, and your customer service abilities.
Adeptly can only control your advertising and marketing.
This simply means that your services or products will be marketed to the best of our abilities.
Adeptly can only guarantee that your advertising and marketing campaigns will be optimized to perform at their highest potential.
Is Adeptly a big marketing agency?
No. Adeptly is a small local service run by a longtime advertising specialist who takes care of helping individual clients and small business owners achieve their marketing goals. Therefore Adeptly won’t leave you stuck with a random ad specialist like many agencies tend to do.
Sometimes a business may be refused by Adeptly for one of 2 reasons:
- The business does not meet the criteria for working with Adeptly.
- Adeptly has a full client log and cannot take on anymore work at the moment.
How many people are on the Adeptly team?
Adeptly’s team currently consists of two people.
Advertising specialist Charles who takes care of all the technical tasks like Google Ads, SEO, marketing, audits, and consultation.
And Tammy; who handles all the administrative tasks like receiving emails, schedule planning, paperwork, and bookkeeping.
Why is a small team better than a large marketing agency?
We feel that for local business it is important to work with other locals. Sometimes when working with a large marketing agency there are some aspects of a personal business relationship that may get lost in the process.
Aside from large agencies having larger price-tags for their services there is also the risk of working with an individual employed at these agencies who may not treat you as meticulously as they could.
